Thoughts on being at NT Pharma:

 

　　In July 2004, I had the honor to join the Vaccine Department of NT Pharma. At the time that I joined, I only knew NT Pharma as a fast growing foreign invested pharmaceuticals company in China but had few other details about the Company.
 

　　Time flies and after 5 years at NT Pharma, I am glad that I made the right decision to join the Company’s Vaccine Department as I think it was one of the best career choices I had ever made! Under the leadership of the Company’s management team, the Vaccine Department grew rapidly over the past 5 years and during this same period my role within the Company also grew from being a commercial representative to being a regional business manager.
 

　　My growth at NT Pharma could not have been achieved without the continuous guidance, patience and encouragement of the senior managers of the Company and my colleagues. We faced many difficulties and challenges together but we were always able to overcome them one after another through teamwork and trust. We never forget to celebrate success and have developed a family-like atmosphere among the team members. I love my team and colleagues and I am very proud to be a member of NT Pharma!
 

　　In addition to being part of the rapid growth of the Vaccine Department, I have also witnessed tremendous growth in the rest of the Company’s businesses. With TPG recently becoming a shareholder of the Company, I believe the Company is well on its way to achieving even more extraordinary growth in the coming years.
 

　　I am full of confidence for the future of our Company. I will fulfill my duties diligently and strive to do the best that I can with the help of my colleagues, and to live up to the expectations that the Company has of me.

Thoughts on being at NT Pharma:
 

　　For me, NT Pharma gives me a sense of belonging. I can achieve the success I am looking for here. The Company is developing rapidly and we are able to respond quickly to changes in the market and customer needs. The biggest reward for me since I joined NT Pharma back in 1999 has been the leadership skills I have gained in handling matters in a rational and mature manner. I hope to continue to grow within the Company and be a better professional manager in the future.

Thoughts on being at NT Pharma:
 

 

　　It was a great honor for me to join NT Pharma back in January 2005. One of the key reasons I chose to join at that time was that NT Pharma was (and still is) a pioneer and leader in China’s pharmaceuticals industry, particularly in the field of vaccines distribution. In addition, the corporate culture is a vibrant one with an energetic attitude towards achieving growth. The Company offers a fantastic working environment for the employees. Here, management actively coaches and supports us, and provide us with necessary resources, guidance and support to complete our work effectively.
 

　　I am currently a member of the Supply Chain Department, responsible for the delivery of drugs and vaccines from the manufacturers to our customers across the country. Under the leadership of the department’s senior management, we have established an efficient team with clear goals, mutual trust, effective communications and consistent commitment. Our management has led us in tackling challenges through clarity of thought, constant encouragement, and has helped all of us fulfill our potential.
 

　　I would like to share one particular example of team work in our Company. In March of 2008 the flu broke out in Hong Kong with the virus spreading through 17 districts, causing the Hong Kong government to close all primary schools and kindergartens. In order to assist with the influenza prevention efforts in Guangdong, NT Pharma allocated and transported influenza vaccines from CDC’s all over the country to Guangzhou. During that week, the Supply Chain Department worked 24 hours per day to prepare and ship the vaccines to Guangzhou as quickly as possible. I contacted the sales representatives and carriers actively, shipping vaccines to our logistics center first and then organizing employees to replace the packaging and add cold chain protection to ensure the vaccines’ quality. During this period, we received and shipped a record 1,165,874 vaccines in one day. Although we were exhausted, all of us were very happy because with our efforts, the Guangdong Province was not affected by the influenza outbreak in Hong Kong. Our ability to contribute towards protecting the health of people in Guangdong made all the hard work worthwhile!
 

　　I am excited about the development of NT Pharma and realize there is still a lot of room for improvement across many areas. I look forward to continuing to progress in my own career along with the Company.

Thoughts on being at NT Pharma:
 

 

　　NT Pharma had just set up an office in Shanghai when I chose to join the Company 8 years ago. For me, that choice brought me both opportunities and challenges. Over the years, the Company has been developing very rapidly and it has been an honor for me to develop and grow together alongside the Company.
 

　　I feel deeply that NT Pharma is an innovative, enterprising, pragmatic, efficient and team-oriented company. The Company makes every effort to create a favorable working environment and strong corporate culture for its employees and provides a variety of opportunities for employees to develop their careers.
 

　　After being recruited as an administrative staff in the HR and Administration Department, I worked very hard and earned the recognition of my managers. It is this trust and support from my colleagues that will continue to help me achieve greater performance at the Company in the future.
