Company Profile
  Established in 1995 and headquartered in Hong Kong, NT Pharma Group is a leading vertically integrated healthcare company with extensive nationwide coverage in China and strong capabilities in production, sales and marketing and distribution of pharmaceuticals and healthcare products. The Company’s main operations center in Shanghai houses key functional departments such as finance, HR, legal and corporate development, while the Company’s customers and principals are served through sales subsidiaries in Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Suzhou, Taizhou and Hainan. The Company also owns and operates a new pharmaceuticals factory (built in 2009) that carries out contract manufacturing for partners and manufactures NT Pharma branded pharmaceutical products.



  NT Pharma’s business model has evolved significantly since its inception. Initially focused mainly on providing importation and basic distribution services to multinational pharmaceutical companies selling their products into China, the Company now has expanded both downstream and upstream along the pharmaceutical value chain with in-house manufacturing facility and sales & marketing teams reaching end customers (also known as contract sales). Together, the Company has significant capabilities to provide end-to-end services to both multinational and domestic partners looking to expand their business in China. These partners include many of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies like GSK®, Pfizer ® and Sanofi·Aventis ®, and domestic enterprises like CNBG, Sinovac, Hualan and Walvax. As China’s largest vaccines distributor, NT Pharma is the exclusive distributor of GSK® vaccine products in China. The Company is also one of the three major distributors of Pfizer® prescription products in China. The Company’s manufacturing facility in Suzhou has more than 160 pharmaceutical and healthcare product licenses from the State Food and Drug Administration of China, among which the psychotropic drug ShuSi® is widely recognized and well received by the Chinese medical community.
 

  Currently the Company has over 800 employees, of which more than 600 have extensive professional pharmaceutical background, all bonded by a set of strong company values that emphasize integrity, innovation and social responsibility. The senior management and the sales and marketing teams consist of diverse, seasoned professionals with relevant experience gained in large multinational companies. With all employees working together as a single team, the Company strives to become a leader in promoting the development of China’s pharmaceutical and healthcare industry by continuing to launch products that meet market needs and innovating its business model to better serve its partners and customers.
